You handle the sightseeing and the restaurants. I’ll find the hotels that fit how you want your trip to feel, then book them and your transfers.

We start with a complimentary call to talk through your trip, how you like to travel, and anything that would make it feel special.

Proposal and revisions
I put together a proposal built around the right hotels. We refine it together until it feels exactly right.

Once you approve, you sign a payment authorization form and I handle every booking.

Pack your bags. Everything is organized in your travel app, and I’m here if you need anything while you’re away.
The Perks of Booking Through Me
When I book your hotel, it often comes with extras at the same rate you’d find online. Depending on the property, that can include:
- Daily breakfast for two
- A hotel or resort credit, often around $100
- Priority for room upgrades
- Early check-in and late checkout when available
- A welcome amenity or VIP recognition
Perks vary by hotel, and I’ll always confirm exactly what’s available for your stay.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost more to book through you?
No. I typically book directly with the hotel, so you get the best available flexible rate plus my complimentary perks. Sometimes the rate is even lower thanks to exclusive promotions.
Will I still earn my hotel loyalty points?
Yes, in almost every case. Because I book directly with the hotel, your points and status still apply. Just share your loyalty numbers with me before booking.
How is this different from booking through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts?
Programs like Amex FHR can offer similar perks, but your booking is handled by a third party and you’re on your own if something comes up. When you book through me, you have an advocate who knows your reservation, has relationships with the hotels, and shares your preferences ahead of time.
Do you book flights?
I book business class flights. If you’re flying economy or using your own miles, you’ll book those directly, and I’ll plan everything else around your flight times.
Do you only plan trips to Europe and Hawaii?
No. Italy, Greece, Iceland and Hawaii are where I have the most firsthand experience, but I plan trips all over the world.
Do I need travel insurance?
I recommend it for every trip. My preferred provider is Faye. It’s easy to use, fairly priced, and offers a Cancel For Any Reason add-on if you purchase within two weeks of your first deposit.
When should I start planning?
For international trips, six to eight months ahead gives you the best choice of hotels, especially for honeymoons and peak summer travel. Shorter timelines are often possible, so reach out either way.
