Questions About Hotel Bookings
Is it really complimentary?
Yes. The hotel pays my commission, so booking your hotel through me costs you nothing extra. You typically get the same publicly available flexible rate, plus the added perks.
Will I still earn my loyalty points?
Yes, in almost every case. I book directly with the hotel, so your points and status still apply. Add your loyalty number in the last box of the form.
Which hotels have perks?
Most of the perks come from preferred partner programs at four and five star hotels around the world. If your hotel isn’t part of one, I’ll tell you, and you still get someone managing your reservation and passing along your requests.
Can you guarantee an upgrade?
No one can, but your booking gets priority for upgrades at participating hotels. I’ll never promise an upgrade unless the hotel has confirmed it.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Your booking follows the hotel’s own cancellation policy, which I’ll share in your proposal. Reach out to me and I’ll handle the change with the hotel.
