Hotel Plus
This service provides you with an outline of your trip but does not include every detail. We will plan your hotels and transfers as well as a few recommendations for things to do in your free time and restaurants.
This service includes

- Itinerary outline with hotels and transfers
- booking and managing of hotels and transfers
- Recommendations with self-booking links for activities/tours and restaurants

Custom Itinerary
This service provides you with the vip experience! I will create a fully customized itinerary that includes accommodations, activities, tours and transportation. Everything will be booked for you to provide a customized seamless experience.
This service includes
- complimentary consultation call (if needed)
- exclusive perks only accessible through using a Travel advisor
- Fully inclusive itinerary with accommodations, activities, tours, and transportation
- 2 rounds of edits to the itinerary
- booking and managing of all hotels, transportation, activities and tours
- Recommendations for things to do in your free time and restaurants.
**This service may have a custom planning fee for multi-destination or very complex itineraries/safaris.
All services come with access to our itinerary app that will contain all of your booking confirmations and information about your trip!

Let's make it official!
You will complete the credit card authorization process. Once complete, I will handle and manage the booking to ensure you have a seamless experience!

We start with a consultation call
We will discuss your travel dreams, preferences, spend and service preference so I can ensure I provide you with a proposal customized to you!

Then, we plan every little detail
I will craft a proposal including all the pieces of the service you selected! You will have the chance to review and request revisions to ensure we achieve your dream.

1. Will I still earn loyalty points?
Absolutely! 99% of the time we book you directly through the hotel so you’ll earn points and your status will apply! Be sure to share these loyalty numbers with me during onboarding or before booking!
2. Does it increase my cost to book through an advisor?
No, it doesn’t add to your bottom line! Since we typically book direct, you will receive the best available refundable rate and the added value of my complimentary perks. In some cases, the rate may be even lower based on my exclusive promotions.
3. What is the benefit of booking through an advisor vs. AMEX FHR, etc.?
As your advisor, I am your advocate working for you to interface with hotels and personalize your travel experience. We provide first hand recommendations and invest in building relationships with sales teams to ensure you have the best stay. Programs like AMEX FHR may offer similar perks, but it is impersonal and your booking is considered 3rd party by the hotel and receives lower priority for complimentary upgrades.
4. What is the fee for your services?
We do not charge a fee for hotel only and hotel + bookings. They pay us a commission which is built into the rate whether you use an advisor or not. A custom planning fee may apply in cases of a complex multi-destination itinerary, safari, etc.
Do you offer travel insurance and do I need it?
Our preferred travel insurance provider is Faye Insurance. They are user friendly, fairly priced and offer a ‘cancel for any reason’ add-on if you purchase within 2 weeks of deposit. This is very beneficial for resort stays with less flexible cancellation policies
